How to identify

You can identify the adulteration in Golgappa water. . For example, if the jar in which Golgappa water is filled, it should be looked at carefully. If the color of the jar has become lighter, then this may have happened due to adulteration in water. On the other hand, if Golgappa is eaten in steel plates, then the steel is not completely shiny, then there may be acid in the water. Apart from this, if you feel that a layer is forming on your teeth while eating Golgappa, then it could be due to adulteration. Another special thing is that if acid is mixed in Golgappa, then you will feel bitterness in the taste and burning sensation in the stomach.

Let us tell you that if you get information that where you eat Golgappa, the shopkeepers add salt in the water. If someone uses acid, you can complain to the local police. Apart from this, you can contact Food Safety and Standards Authority of India. FSSAI is the body responsible for food safety in India. You can file a complaint through their website or their app. Apart from this, you can share the photo and video of that shop on social media to alert other local people.
